The Texas 4-H Roundup is a qualifying and invitational event for 4-H youth who placed in a district level roundup or signed up to compete in one of the invitational events. The Texas 4-H Roundup has around 50 diverse competitions that tie in with the many projects that 4-H has to offer.  

State Fair of Texas Validation Lambs, Goats & Swine Date: Wednesday, June 20, 2018 Time: 9:00 am Validation location: Extension Office in Franklin The exhibitor and one parent or guardian must be present to fill out paperwork or must come by my office prior to the validation. There will be a fee of s30.oo charge per animal to cover procedures if you DID NOT pre-order your tags.

Booger County Steer and Heifer Clinic will be held on Saturday, August 25th at the Fairgrounds in Hearne. The clinic will start promptly at 8 am and last until 1 pm. Hoof Trimmer, Scales, Showmanship clinic Cattle may come in after 5 pm on Friday, August 24th.
