2016 SPRING REGISTERED BREEDING HEIFER  VALIDATION

Major Registered Breeding Heifer validation will be held on   Tuesday, June 14th  from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m and Saturday, June 25th from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Robertson County Vet Clinic in New Baden.   PLEASE CALL THE EXTENSION OFFICE TO LET US KNOW WHICH DAY YOU WILL BE VALIDATING YOUR HEIFER. 

DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER THAN THE TIMES THAT ARE POSTED OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND COME BACK AT THE DESIGNATED TIME.   REMEMBER THE VET CLINIC STILL HAS A  BUSINESS TO RUN.  If you are unable to make this tag in for your major breeding heifer, you have to let us know prior to these dates.  Anyone that has a breeding heifer that they might want to show at the major shows must validate their breeding heifer.  The exhibitor and one parent or guardian must be present to fill out paper work or must come by my office prior to the validation.  There will be a $15.00 charge for each breeding heifer validation, please bring cash or check when you come to validation.  Also you MUST have ORIGINAL REGISTRATION PAPERS.  Please call the Extension office if you have any questions.
